The Extended Headlight Dust Covers for Honda Pioneer allow use of aftermarket LED bulbs and work great. For easy installation warm them with a hair dryer as recommended.

I had originally bought LED headlight for my 2012 Honda Rancher that were not made like the factory ones and they went straight out from the bulb and not looked like an L shaped headlight. They were the only one I could find for my four wheeler, but I was also concerned about the dust covers fitting back onto it. So I got to looking and found this website that had the extended dust covers. I bought the 1” deep ones for my four wheeler and they are perfect. They fit tighter that the factory ones and couldn’t be happier with the product. They look so good!

I recently purchased LED headlights to give our 2014 Pioneer 700-4 a much needed headlight upgrade. After installing the new lights, I loved how bright they were, but the stock headlight dust covers would not fit. It was recommended that we check out Crossroads 3D for the 1″ extended dust covers and I am glad I did. The new 1″ covers fit snug and so far do a great job of keeping debris from getting into the headlight assembly. Thanks Crossroads 3D for a great product and great service!

I wanted LEDs in my 2014 Honda Pioneer 700-4, but they extended beyond the stock dust covers. These provided the 1” of space I needed to get the job done. The lights are a game changer, but only thanks to these dust covers. I was skeptical about the flexibility of a 3D printed design, but I was very pleased with the flexibility of this material for a tight fit!

I was put in contact with Crossroads 3D from a member of a Facebook group. The lift I have on my pioneer wouldn’t allow the standard covers this company offers, so with some back and forth measurements and pictures I got the first rendition, I took those and made some changes and sent them back to Crossroads 3D. He took those and made another set of custom 1 off covers that fit perfectly. I would recommend anything this company makes just due to this one purchase. Even after all the customization he charged me regular price. Standup business practices.
