Crossroads 3D is a family-owned and operated American company operating in Indiana, the Crossroads of America. We hail Christ as King and conduct every aspect of His business according to the teachings and principles laid out in the Bible. Our work is not separate from our faith; it is an expression of it. While we are not yet perfect, we actively pursue excellence, honesty, and wise stewardship in all dealings.
Christ’s Lordship
Jesus Christ is King over the entire world: and this includes our company, our decisions, and our daily conduct. Every policy, product, and transaction is submitted to His authority as revealed in Scripture.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”
Ephesians 1:20-22 that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church.
Revelation 19:16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.
Biblical Integrity
We speak truth, honor contracts, and reject deception, bribery, or manipulation in all dealings, because “the Lord abhors dishonest scales.”
Proverbs 11:1 A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, but a just weight is his delight.
Proverbs 16:11 A just balance and scales are the LORD’s; all the weights in the bag are his work.
Proverbs 20:23 Unequal weights are an abomination to the LORD, and false scales are not good.
Family Stewardship
As a family business, we operate with multi-generational responsibility, treating employees and resources as entrusted gifts from God to be guarded, improved, and multiplied.
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

American Heritage
We unapologetically celebrate and maintain the Christian foundations of the United States. We seek the welfare and improvement of our nation as commanded in Scripture, celebrate the liberty, ingenuity, and work ethic that built this nation under God, and labor so that righteousness would exalt it.
Jeremiah 29:7 But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

We strive to pursue superior quality in design, materials, and execution, offering our very best because we work “as unto the Lord and not unto men.” We exercise creativity and innovation in design and manufacturing, taking dominion over creation as image-bearers of God by bring order to chaos.
Exodus 31:1-6 …and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft.

Dependence on God
We acknowledge our total reliance on God’s wisdom, provision, and blessing. We submit every plan to prayer, refuse self-sufficient pride, and trust the Lord to establish our work rather than trusting in our own strength.
