We ship using USPS first-class or priority mail. We’re located in Indiana, USA. On average, shipment time takes 2-5 days to locations in America. We charge actual shipping and do not manually set shipping costs. Larger items to the Lower 40 states usually ships for $8-$10. Smaller items usually ship for around $5.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Shipping times could be longer because of COVID slowdowns, especially international shipments. If you order from a country outside the US, please make a note of this. It may take 6 weeks to ship to Canada, and it may take 3 months to ship to Europe. Please don’t order if you cannot wait for these extra shipping transit times.
Returns and Refunds
Short version: If you have a issue just let us know. We will get it fixed! No one is perfect and mistakes can happen. Contact me if you have a problem, and we will get you taken care of as quick as possible.
To return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order. If the item is undamaged, we will refund you for the item cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Each item is made to order. Normal processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.
We do ship to some countries, including Australia, Canada, and, New Zealand. If for some reason we can not ship to your country, we will cancel and refund your order.
Customs and import taxes
If you order from a country outside the United States, your government postal system might hold the package in customs until you go and pay to release it. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This is typical for the UK and other European countries. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges due to customs.
Lost and delayed orders
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail and do not refund orders that were lost in the mail unless the USPS covers it with their insurance. This is because we have no control over your package once it enters into the care of the postal system. You are responsible to provide an accurate address with a safe and secure drop point.
