Shipping Policies

We ship using USPS first-class or priority mail. We’re located in Indiana, USA. On average, shipment time takes 3-5 days to locations in America. We charge actual shipping and do not manually set shipping costs. shipping to the Lower 40 states is usually around $8.

To see what your shipping cost will be, add an item to the cart, go to the cart, and you’ll see a link there to estimate shipping.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We do ship internationally using USPS. You may be responsible for VAT or extra duties in your country. This is completely out of our hands, and we do not accept refunds or returns based on extra fees that your country might charge you. 

Returns and Refunds

To return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order. If the item is undamaged, we will refund you for the item cost. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Processing time

Each item is made to order. Usually we process all orders and will ship them within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

We do ship to some countries, including Australia, Canada, and, New Zealand. If for some reason we can not ship to your country, we will cancel and refund your order.

Customs and import taxes

If you order from a country outside the United States, your government postal system might hold the package in customs until you go and pay to release it. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. This is typical for the UK. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges due to customs.

Lost orders

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail and do not refund orders that were lost in the mail unless the USPS covers it with their insurance.  This is because we have no control over your package once it enters into the care of the postal system.
