Shipping Methods and Costs
We are located in Indiana, USA, and ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS.
Shipping costs are based on real-time carrier rates (no markup or handling fees added).
- Smaller items: Typically $7–$10 to the contiguous US (lower 48 states).
- Larger items: Typically $8–$15 to the contiguous US (lower 48 states). Rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations will be higher.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment): 3–5 business days within the contiguous US, depending on method and location. Actual times vary by carrier and external factors. We provide tracking numbers for all orders.
Processing Times
Most items are made to order. Orders typically process and ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Locations and Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and select international countries. If we cannot ship to your country, we will cancel and fully refund the order. Enter address at checkout to check availability/
For fraud prevention, we do not ship to freight forwarding services, reshipping addresses, or third-party warehouses. Orders with such addresses will be canceled and refunded.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for these charges or related delays.
Carrier Responsibility, Lost, and Delayed Orders
Once your package is handed over to the carrier with tracking, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. We package items securely and have no control over transit events.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery (e.g., porch piracy).
Buyers must provide an accurate, safe delivery address. Issues from incorrect addresses (returns, undeliverable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
For lost packages: We will assist by filing claims with the carrier if insurance applies, but refunds are only issued if the carrier reimburses us. For verified lost packages, we may offer a one-time reship discount at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
We aim to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, contact us promptly—we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
To request a return, exchange, or cancellation:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 7 days for exchanges).
- Ship items back within 30 days of approval.
- Cancellations: Accepted only before the item has shipped (typically within 24 hours of order placement).
Eligible items: We accept returns/exchanges for undamaged, non-custom items in original condition.
- Refund amount: Item cost (minus any loss in value if not in original condition).
- Outbound shipping: Refunded only if the error was ours (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Return shipping: Paid by buyer.
- We do not refund shipping costs for buyer remorse, incorrect orders, or delivery issues outside our control.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with custom text).
